After received an advance payment to reach in our account the tour will be confirmed.
Booking Policy
To book a trip with us, you must complete and submit the booking form provided on our website or via email. You will be required to deposit to secure your booking, and the deposit amount will vary depending on the length and type of trip you have selected.
The balance of the trip cost must be paid in full before the start of the trip. If the compensation is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
Below are the terms of payment
For the booking confirmation, you must pay 30% of the total cost of the package in advance.
You can make the rest 70% of the final payment upon arriving in Nepal (before the beginning of the trip).
Documents for Booking.
We will need the following documents to obtain the mandatory permits for the venture.
A scanned copy of your Passport
Passport size photo in jpeg format (proper for printing)
*Note: Failure to pay on time will not force "Easy Summit Treks" Nepal to provide the services as per the booking agreement between the Client and the Company.
If you are booking a trip with short notice (within 10-15 days of the departure date), you must pay the total cost of the package upfront. Please note that some of our trips do not accept last-minute bookings.
